Workshop “End- Users Open service platforms active and healthy ageing”: the perspectives and needs of end-users
The online International Workshop dedicated to end-users of open service platforms promoting active and healthy ageing will happen on March 10, 2021, at 2:30 pm CET.
Caritas Coimbra will take part in this workshop as a speaker, and its Innovation Department will share the experiences as an end-user organisation on the organisation’s behalf: what are the benefits of using these platforms and how can they be explored to provide support services?
This workshop intends to inform potential end-users (older adults, people living with diseases or chronic conditions), home care service providers, regional health and policymakers, and insurance companies on the existence and (potential) use of open service platforms. This way, the project can identify the requests and needs of the various stakeholders and share success factors and lessons learned among the various participants. Ultimately, these requirements can also be applied in the development of open service platforms. The workshop will be held in English,
