Cáritas Coimbra will talk about the ageing challenges at UNICARE SUMMIT | 23rd September

In a seminar focused on the challenges of ageing, health in the digital world, ageing with health and the ethics on tele-psychiatry and tele-psychology, Carina Dantas – Director of the Innovation Department at Cáritas Coimbra will share ideas on the new older adults generation. The first UNICARE SUMMIT Webinar – “Tele medicine: a new care in the mental health of older persons”, in which she will participate, takes place on November 23, and starts at 15h00.

The seminar hosts world-class guests and hopes to foster the analyses and discussion on Tele-medicine associated with ageing challenges, specifically on the mental health of the older adults. There will be 4 virtual sessions with different subjects.

Cáritas Coimbra will participate in Webinar 1, “Ageing Challenges”, in which Carina Dantas will approach the subject “The new generation of older adults, are we prepared?”. In the same debate António Sérgio Martins will take place with the subject “Taking care of people with dementia, difficulties and strategy”, in a session coordinated by Duarte Falcão.
