Cáritas Coimbra participated in the 3rd transnational meeting of SUST-AID project

On October 10, Cáritas Coimbra, represented by Ana Goreti Oliveira and Bruna Catarino, participated in the 3rd transnational meeting of the European SUST-AID project, which took place in Nicosia, Cyprus. The aim of the meeting was to analyse the results already achieved and plan the next steps. Here are some of the highlights:

1) Finalisation of the SUST-AID methodological guide for professionals and volunteers in food aid programmes, developed based on the data collected in the co-creation sessions held in the partner countries. This guide served as the basis for the SUST-AID training modules.

2) Development of SUST-AID training modules for professionals and volunteers to building capacity in sustainability in food support programmes. Over the last few months, the partners have been working together to develop training materials, with attractive and innovative methodologies and resources. When finalised, the modules will be available on an e-learning platform.

3) Preparation of upcoming national and international events of the project.
