AGAPE Consortium Meeting in Coimbra: Implementing the Ethical Dialogue
On November 8th, Cáritas Coimbra conducted an ethical exercise at the in-person Consortium meeting of AGAPE project in Portugal, focused on implementing the ethical dialogue within the framework of the AAL Programme ethical guidelines!
This collective session was intended to spark discussion and dialogue among project partners, with different know-how and areas of expertise, to reflect on how the project is adhering to these guidelines and incorporating pertinent values like respect for autonomy, dignity, and trust. CDC will keep promoting these sessions throughout the project, demonstrating the AGAPE consortium’s commitment to achieving ethical excellence.
Consortium partners had the valuable opportunity to visit some facilities of Caritas Coimbra, allowing the consortium to directly interact with the older population. This face-to-face engagement contributes to fostering a deeper understanding of the beneficiaries, demonstrating a collective effort to enhance their well-being and health.
Cáritas Coimbra would like to thank everyone involved.
