The BALANCE project aims to promote the emotional well-being and mental health of young people between 13 and 18 years old. Through a diverse methodology that includes awareness-raising and training sessions, workshops, and discussion groups, the project aims to raise awareness, foster confidence and facilitate learning about mental health topics. The project will be implemented in non-formal education contexts and will involve more than 450 young people, families, educators and other professionals from Spain (Barcelona metropolitan area) and Portugal (Coimbra region).

Main tasks in the project:
Cáritas Coimbra participates in all the project’s activities and is the leader of the communication and dissemination work package.
