IDEAHL project presents positive results at the European Parliament
The IDEAHL project met for the last time at a high-level event held at the European Parliament in Brussels.
The meeting, which took place between 6 and 7 March 2024, marked the final phase of the project. Authorities were invited to the event and the partners shared their final results and implementation experiences at different themed tables.
Among the several pilots that took place across Europe, the Coimbra pilot, which was led by Cáritas Diocesana de Coimbra, was one of the four selected to be presented at the final event. Representing the Coimbra institution were Bruna Franceschini and Maria Inês Santos, from the Innovation Department, who presented the context and results of this pilot.
The IDEAHL project aimed to develop and test new models and approaches of digital health literacy intervention development and application, through the co-creation of a comprehensive and inclusive EU Strategy. Its ultimate purpose was the empowerment of EU citizens in using digital tools to take a more active role in the management of their own health.
On the final day, the project consortium did not miss the opportunity to meet and jointly discuss the last outstanding points and define the next steps for the exploitation of the project and its results.
