SAge-Hub Project Kicks Off in Iași, Romania

On October 22–23, Cáritas Coimbra team was happy to take part in the official kick-off meeting of the SAge-Hub project in Iași, Romania.

The Smart Ageing Synergies: Strengthening Interregional Innovation through Living Labs and Digital Hubs (SAge-Hub) project, funded under the Interregional Innovation Investments (I3) instrument, aims to foster innovation and collaboration in the field of Smart Ageing across Europe. By establishing a network of Digital Living Labs in diverse regions, the consortium will co-create, test, and validate new solutions to promote active and healthy ageing.

The project brings together 10 multidisciplinary partners from Romania, Greece, Portugal, Spain and Finland, who will collaborate over the next 24 months to strengthen interregional innovation capacities and create tangible impact in the field.

Cáritas Coimbra will play a key role in designing the co-creation methodology and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, in line with its long-standing commitment to advancing user-centred technologies that support the well-being and inclusion of older adults.

An exciting journey has just begun with the SAge-Hub project!
