ValueCare Project consortium meets in Brussels
On May 14th and 15th, the ValueCare project partners met in Brussels, Belgium, for the penultimate face-to-face consortium meeting.
The partners had the opportunity to update the status of each work package, learn about and comment on the preliminary results of the pilot studies, define the next steps and organise for the final event to be held in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, in September 2024.
In addition, a workshop was held on the value-based care model, which is the theoretical model underpinning the entire project and will be one of the practical results after all these years of work and research.
Cáritas Coimbra was represented by Bruna Franceschini, project manager and principal investigator, and Maria Inês Santos, project manager and communication manager for innovation projects.
This project received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme – ValueCare Project ‘Value-Based Methodology for Integrated Care Supported by ICT’, under grant agreement no. 875215.
