AAL4ALL project highlighted at international events
The AAL4ALL – From Smart Home to Care Home project was disseminated at two events throughout the month of May 2024.
Under the title, The methodological approach to the AAL4ALL project – From Smart Home to Care Home, the theoretical conceptualisation of the pilot studies was presented online on 16 May at the Smart Healthy Environments International Conference (SHE2024), held in partnership with the ICT&Health event, in the Netherlands.
On 22 May, Cáritas Coimbra had the pleasure of joining the remarkable 2nd Silver Economy Congress, in Badajoz, Spain. The project was presented in the Silver Economy session along with several other regional projects, in a presentation called El proyecto AAL4ALL y la digitalización de los cuidados. We would like to thank our partners at Adiper te cuida for the opportunity and the welcome, and we look forward to future meetings.
The AAL4ALL project contributes to active and healthy ageing, supported by Ambient Assisted Living solutions that help to build intelligent environments so that active older people can remain independent in their own homes for longer, while at the same time tackling the issue of care challenges in the face of demographic change.
The AAL4ALL project is co-funded by the European Union’s AAL Programme and by FCT, in Portugal.
