IDEAHL project is developing an Atlas of Health Literacy
At Cáritas Coimbra, the activities of the IDEAHL project continue to be exciting! Over the past few weeks, three workshops were held for the development of the Atlas of Health Literacy. The Atlas aims to be an interactive tool to make public the results of the broad literature review carried out within the scope of workpackage 1, whose objective was to map studies, practices, scales and guidelines in health literacy and digital health literacy in selected countries.
The literature search was carried out collaboratively by the 14 project partners, coordinated by UCN in Denmark. Several workshops were held and a network of “champions” was established, of which Cáritas Coimbra is a member. In the last sessions, the workshops were conducted by RMIT, from Australia, which is the entity responsible for the development of this digital platform.
In a horizontal and participative way, the functioning, the content, the interface, the language and the funcionalities of this Atlas are being defined, which intends to be global and able to be complemented after the project.
The IDEAHL project is underway in Cáritas Coimbra since May 2022 and received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme – Project Improving Digital Empowerment for Active Healthy Living, under grant contract no. 101057477.
