Cáritas Coimbra promotes 5 good practices identified in the Catalog of Portugal Central Region

Cáritas Coimbra promoted 5 good practices identified in theActive and Healthy Ageing Catalog of Good Practices of Portugal Central Region , published by Centro Regional Coordination and Development Commission (CCDRC) in partnership with the Ageing@Coimbra consortium.

This document is a compilation of the innovative and sustainable initiatives in active and healthy ageing, promoted by actors from the Central Region of Portugal, who applied for the 2017 edition of the “Good Practices Awards in Active and Healthy Ageing in the Central Region”.

Cáritas has good practices identified in the categories:

  • Knowledge + | Good practices that value research and technologies in active and healthy ageing
  • Health + | Good practices that contribute to better health care for older people
  • Life + | Good practices that promote healthier lifestyles, with or without the use of new technologies
